Remote In-House Copywriter for Limitless Agency

Limitless Agency

About The Position

Limitless Agency is a coaching and build program for digital marketing agency owners. Our students run their own agencies, usually doing $40,000 to $100,000 a month. They come to us stuck: lead flow is inconsistent, they are the bottleneck in their own business, and what they have built is not sellable. We fix that over a 16-week engagement. Together with our students, we rebuild their acquisition system: ads, funnels, pipelines, automations, copy, and sales scripts. The program includes weekly live implementation calls, a private Slack with the founders, and quarterly workshops in Tampa. Both founders have built and scaled agencies of their own, and one of them sold. We have installed these systems in more than 250 agencies, and 50 of those have passed $100,000 a month. Paid ads are the entire front end of this business. Every new client comes from a Meta ad, and right now the founders write every one of them. That is the constraint this role exists to solve. Put simply: if it is copy in our B2B marketing or our organic content, it runs through this seat.

Requirements

  • Based in North America
  • A direct response writer who thinks in awareness levels, mechanisms, and offers
  • Experience writing spoken video ad scripts for cold paid traffic, with firsthand knowledge of how they performed
  • The ability to provide creative direction for video, including scene direction, on-screen text, props, formats, and cuts
  • Speed backed by a system: you are fast because you have built something that makes you fast
  • Strong, defensible opinions about what stops the scroll
  • Heavy content consumption and a sharp eye for why things work, including the ability to spot a format taking off on organic and translate it into an ad
  • The ability to explain your thinking live to agency owners who have never written a hook
  • Comfort using AI tools heavily as leverage while still producing genuinely strong original work
  • The ability to learn new markets quickly and recognize when copy sounds wrong across industries
  • Responsiveness throughout the working day and the ability to take feedback quickly and without ego
  • Portfolio required: include at least one spoken video ad script and tell us what it achieved

Nice To Haves

  • YouTube or short-form organic scripts to share
  • A concept you originated, along with the results it produced

Responsibilities

  • Write our paid ad scripts. Deliver at least three new Meta video ad scripts every week, written alongside the founders. Some are filmed in-house; the rest go out to UGC creators. We want more creative in market, and we want it to be good.
  • Bring new concepts. Great scripts on tired angles still lose. You will constantly look for what is working in organic feeds, other people's ads, and adjacent markets, then bring us new concepts and formats for delivering our message, not just better scripts for the ones we already run.
  • Write organic and YouTube content. Create short-form scripts and posts for the founders' personal brands, plus long-form YouTube scripts and YouTube ads.
  • Write email. Produce nurture sequences, broadcasts, and campaign emails for our list.
  • Own student copy quality. Our students receive done-for-you ad copy from an AI copywriter we built and trained on scripts that have already produced results. You will review and fine-tune that copy before it reaches students, and keep improving the system so it needs less fine-tuning every month.
  • Coach students live. Once a week, you will lead a live copywriting call where students bring their copy and you coach them through making it better.
  • Video ads are what move the needle in this market, for us and for our students. Static and image ads have their place, but scripts produce the results. That is where most of your time goes, and it is what your work is judged on.
  • Writing for spoken video is its own skill. A script that reads well on the page but sounds wrong out loud is a failed script. It has to sound like a real person talking, in the voice of whoever is on camera, with a hook that earns the next three seconds and a structure that holds attention through to the CTA.
  • You also bring the creative direction: scene direction, on-screen text, props, formats, and cuts. The person filming needs to know how to shoot the script, not just read it.
  • Three scripts a week is the floor, not the ceiling, and nobody here grinds that out by hand. You will have access to: A library of proven scripts that have already produced results, Recorded sales calls, A stack of AI tools and autonomous agents wired into our systems that pull buyer language from sales calls, surface the objections prospects actually raise, and deliver research that would otherwise take days
  • We need someone who uses that leverage and still ships work that is genuinely good.
  • Turnaround is measured in days, not weeks. We rarely set deadlines; we pay attention to how fast "right" happens.
  • You stay responsive throughout the working day.
  • You take feedback quickly and without ego. Copy gets changed, and some gets killed. That is normal here, and it is not personal.
  • You learn markets fast. Our buyer is the agency owner, but the student copy you review spans HVAC, gyms, med spas, roofers, law firms, and more. You need to know when it sounds wrong.
  • You use AI as leverage, not as a ghostwriter. We expect you to lean on it heavily, but we can tell the difference between a writer using AI as a tool and AI using a writer as a delivery mechanism, and so can our buyers. Part of the job is making our AI copywriter better, not just cleaning up after it.
  • You start on our paid ad scripts, new concepts, and student copy quality, with organic and YouTube in the mix from the first weeks. As your ads prove out, you take more of the founders' content off their plate.
  • There is no fixed waiting period. How fast this happens depends on the quality of your work. If your work is strong early, this moves early.
  • Three or more new ad scripts every week, delivered without anyone chasing you
  • The founders filming your scripts instead of rewriting them
  • Winning ads in our account that started as your scripts, and at least some that started as your concepts
  • Student copy that goes out right the first time, and an AI copywriter that needs less fine-tuning in month six than it did in month one
  • Longer term, full ownership of our paid creative
  • High expectations on volume, speed, and quality, all at the same time. This seat writes the ads that fund the business.
  • If you want time to polish every line before anyone sees it, this is not the role. If you want your work in market within days and a scoreboard that tells you whether you were right, it is.

Benefits

  • Paid trial projects: every trial project is paid, and you never write for us for free
  • Direct work with the founders, both of whom have built and scaled agencies, one through to a sale
  • Built-in leverage: a library of proven scripts, recorded sales calls, and AI tools and autonomous agents integrated into our systems
  • Growth based on performance: no fixed waiting period to take on more of the founders' content, with a long-term path to owning our paid creative
  • Fast feedback loop: your work goes into market within days, with real results to show what's working
