About The Position

Super Organics is seeking a Copywriter & Creative Strategist to serve as the creative voice for their brands Fully and Sun Nutra, with additional support for Super Speciosa. This role involves writing various forms of copy, including emails, ads, product pages, and packaging, as well as contributing to the conceptualization and visual direction of campaigns. The position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience looking for rapid growth, ownership, and skill development across writing, strategy, and creative direction. The company utilizes AI as a tool for productivity and expects the candidate to do the same, while ensuring the final work retains a human touch. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of copywriting experience (in-house brand, DTC, or agency).
  • A portfolio or writing samples is required.
  • Experience concepting campaigns and writing creative briefs.
  • Comfort across multiple channels: email, paid social, organic social, web, and packaging.
  • Familiarity with the DTC / ecommerce ecosystem (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, ideally Amazon).
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Comfortable working in regulated categories like supplements.
  • A writer with a distinct voice.
  • Ability to generate ideas and concepts.
  • Visually literate, thinking in terms of mood boards and campaigns.
  • Proficient in using AI tools for productivity while maintaining a human touch.
  • Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow into senior creative roles.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to take feedback well.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in supplements, wellness, beauty, or CPG.
  • Short-form video instincts (TikTok, Reels), including hooks, scripting, and trend literacy.
  • Working knowledge of Figma or Canva.
  • Experience launching a brand or product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Write email and SMS copy for Fully, Sun Nutra, and Super Speciosa, including promotional sends, lifecycle flows, product launches, and retention campaigns.
  • Develop paid social and search ad copy for platforms like Meta and Google.
  • Create copy for product detail pages, landing pages, and general web content.
  • Write packaging and on-product copy, such as hang tags and inserts.
  • Produce Amazon A+ content and PDP copy for Sun Nutra and other Amazon brands.
  • Write organic social copy and short-form video scripts and hooks.
  • Concept campaigns from ideation to execution, including the core idea, hook, and through-line.
  • Write creative briefs for designers, video editors, and agency partners.
  • Translate product insights, positioning, and audience understanding into creative direction that drives conversions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on seasonal planning, brand activations, and new product launches.
  • Concept visuals, including mood boards, reference decks, rough layouts, and shot lists.
  • Art-direct designers and video editors to ensure a clear creative vision.
  • Review visual creative for brand consistency and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure visual assets are campaign-oriented and cohesive across different platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines for Fully, Sun Nutra, and Super Speciosa.
  • Review outbound creative for brand compliance and flag off-brand work.
  • Onboard freelancers and agency partners to brand voice guidelines.
