About The Position

The Copywriter & Communications Project Coordinator position supports the Company through various related responsibilities within Lennar Mortgage’s Marketing Department. The role requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, professional, supportive, and eager to learn. This role provides excellent growth opportunities to build and iterate on Internal Communications, exposure to key company initiatives, and a wide variety of internal and external copywriting possibilities. The position can be remote if the individual is located on the east coast. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Copywriting experience in a corporate environment
  • 1-3 years of project coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Journalism
  • Excellent communications and relationship building skills
  • Effective organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing computer software and online applications (Trello, Stripo, CRM tools, Sprinklr, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Marketing Manager and works closely with all members of the Marketing Department
  • Lead our Internal Communication strategy and transformation
  • Responsible for planning and executing various ongoing internal communications initiatives and outputs to support the Company
  • Work closely with Graphic Designer(s) to craft engaging copy for a variety of content types - email campaigns, newsletters, sales collateral, blogs, and more
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative internal communication campaigns
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future communication strategies
  • Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns
