Requirements

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Effectively able to work independently and in a team environment
Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Must have valid driver license and clean record to operate campus transit van
Lifting up to 55 pounds

Nice To Haves

College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
Customer Service/Retail background preferred

Responsibilities

Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
Shipping & Receiving - operation of the campus Transit Van is required for package delivery and transportation
Ordering supplies as needed to maintain par levels
Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Adhere to all safety procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned
