Copy/Mail Team Member - Part Time
About The Position

We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward full time positions. This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM. No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Minneapolis metro area. Business professional dress code and standards are required. Hourly Compensation: $18.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE. Amenities: Access to public transportation nearby. Great working environment! No Nights/Weekends!
Requirements
- Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
Nice To Haves
- College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
Responsibilities
- Operating mailing, copy and other office equipment
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
