About The Position

The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a school district environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: Copy/Print/Scan, Mail delivery and pick up. And, courier duties to include driving a school vehicle to the different buildings delivering and picking up work product. IST Management is a business process outsourcing company. Requirements

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Effectively able to work independently and in a team environment
Must have access to reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Lifting up to 55 pounds

Nice To Haves

College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment
Processing Shipping & Receiving
Inventory and Ordering of supplies
Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy/print jobs and to customers
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
