A key aspect is adhering to service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), keeping supplies stocked, and responding appropriately to guest concerns. The role also involves answering menu and beverage questions, stocking supplies, and performing other related duties as assigned. Additional duties may include maintaining a clean work area, inputting orders into the POS system, and recommending resort facilities to guests.
