Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio solution architecture and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG/Grounded AI, and Responsible AI.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and enterprise governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Design secure knowledge-grounding strategies leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.
• Define agent workflows, prompts, topics, actions, and governance standards.
• Lead integrations with Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Azure services.
• Establish security, compliance, responsible AI, and access-control frameworks.
• Conduct architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
• Create reusable architecture patterns and operational best practices.
