About The Position

We are looking for skilled engineer with hands on experience on Copilot, Copilot Studio and creation of agents. Their primary responsibility is to the people they manage, ensuring they are developing through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development. Other key responsibilities may include developing a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards. This role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices.

Requirements

Typically requires minimum of 3+ years of Industry experience.
Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree is required
Be a subject matter expert in all aspects of your products (Mobile Applications). This includes deep understanding of the Mobile Frameworks, technical aspects of each product and the underlying data used.
Deep understanding of Copilot & Prompt Engineer is a Must
3+years of experience on AI Tools (copilot)
Hands on experience in designing and building applications using copilot.
Hands-on experience with: Copilot / Copilot Studio, Prompt engineering, Building agents / skills
Has built or contributed to real applications using Copilot
Understands AI workflows, not just tooling

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product requirements – enabling developers use Copilot & Prompt Engineering
Hands on experience using copilot for instructions, prompts, skills and agents.
Hands on experience in agentic development.
Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners and clients in development of solution
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance and Legal
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
