About The Position

We are seeking an AI Consultant who is passionate about both people and technology. This role involves helping clients transition from AI experimentation to scaled deployment. You will work under a senior architect to design and build intelligent agents using Microsoft's AI stack, including M365 Copilot, AI Builder, and generative actions. These agents will be integrated into the Power Platform and pro-code services like Azure AI Foundry. This is a collaborative position focused on developing technical roadmaps to enhance client AI maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or related field.
• 3+ years’ commercial experience (including internships or placement year) in customer-facing consulting roles, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft’s AI capabilities - Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and AI Builder - and the surrounding Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with pro-code platform services such as Azure AI/Foundry, Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience building integrated solutions across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources via connectors.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), grounding agents in enterprise knowledge, and leveraging Microsoft’s pre-built AI models.
• Experience leading ideation and requirements workshops.
• Experience helping organizations move from AI experimentation to systematic, agent-led adoption.
• Agile delivery experience, including working in sprints, backlog management, and demoing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to quickly learn new services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured workshops to explore AI and agent opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to define business needs, capture requirements, and shape them into actionable agent use cases.
• Help customers identify their current AI maturity and future steps.
• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and assistants using Copilot Studio and Microsoft’s AI capabilities, topics, generative actions, knowledge grounding, AI Builder, and connectors.
• Integrate AI agents with the wider Power Platform and enterprise data.
• Focus on moving customers from experimentation to systematic, agent-led adoption.
• Conduct testing, gather user feedback, and perform iterative enhancements to improve agent quality, accuracy, and user experience.
• Drive value realization through AI agent deployment.
• Enable customers and internal teams to extend, govern, maintain, and scale delivered agents.
• Build relationships across customer organizations, from senior leadership to technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the engagement.
• Produce clear documentation and provide handover, training, and adoption activities to customers or support teams.
• Ensure adherence to agent governance and responsible AI practices.
