About The Position

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment such as copiers and printers. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, installing equipment, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in related technical fields like automotive repair, HVAC, or IT is a plus, and comprehensive training is provided.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
Install and configure equipment at customer locations
Provide excellent customer support during onsite visits
Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates clearly
Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently
Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team
