Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs
- Precision and sharp attention to detail
- Organizational skills and time management abilities for balancing multiple priorities
- Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of experience servicing HP and Lexmark laser printers
Responsibilities
- Working Monday through Friday
- Traveling daily within your service territory and professionally engaging with customers
- Inspecting laser printers, digital copiers, and multifunctional products to diagnose the cause of any issues
- Accurately repairing mechanical and electrical problems and performing maintenance services
- Managing parts inventory and maintaining stock levels
- Working independently, completing high-quality work within a reasonable timeframe, and providing excellent customer service
- Tackling additional responsibilities as assigned
