About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a motivated problem solver and results-driven person to join their team as a Copier and Printer Service Tech. This role offers competitive pay, a full-time Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings, and opportunities to develop new skills, grow knowledge, and enhance mechanical aptitude. The position involves traveling to customer locations to service laser printers, digital copiers, and similar multifunctional products. Responsibilities include greeting customers, discussing equipment needs, providing professional customer service, diagnosing equipment problems, performing general maintenance, completing accurate repairs, managing time and efficiency, managing parts inventory, and assisting in other areas as assigned.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs
• Precision and sharp attention to detail
• Organizational skills and time management abilities for balancing multiple priorities
• Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience repairing and maintaining HP and Lexmark laser printers

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations throughout your territory to service their laser printers, digital copiers, and similar multifunctional products.
• Greet customers, speak with them about their equipment needs, and provide professional customer service.
• Diagnose equipment problems, perform general maintenance, and complete accurate repairs.
• Work independently, doing a high-quality job while managing your time and maintaining efficiency.
• Manage your parts inventory.
• Assist in other areas as assigned.
