About The Position

We're W.B. Mason, and we're hiring a motivated problem solver and results-driven person to join our team as a Copier and Printer Service Tech! YOUR IMPACT AS OUR COPIER AND PRINTER SERVICE TECH: Every day, you'll travel to customers' locations throughout your territory to service their laser printers, digital copiers, and similar multifunctional products. You'll greet customers, speak with them about their equipment needs, and provide professional customer service. Attentively, you'll diagnose equipment problems, perform general maintenance, and complete accurate repairs. You'll work independently, doing a high-quality job while managing your time and maintaining efficiency. You'll also be responsible for managing your parts inventory and assisting in other areas as assigned.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs
• Precision and sharp attention to detail
• Organizational skills and time management abilities for balancing multiple priorities
• Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience repairing and maintaining HP and Lexmark laser printers
