About The Position

This is a temporary position for a Coordinator with duties focused on patient billing and coding. The assignment is for 2-3 months, full-time, with a pay rate of $23.87 per hour. There is a possibility of this role becoming a permanent position.

Requirements

• One year of experience in patient billing or coding in a clinical setting required.
• Must be able to resolve coding issues that do not allow accounts to be billed.
• Must be able to review daily reports.
• Must be able to respond to inquiries from internal departments related to resolution of coding or other issues to bill accounts.

Nice To Haves

• Hospital setting experience preferred.
• Coding experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews unbilled reports and evaluates accounts to determine reasons for accounts in unbilled status.
• Resolves coding issues that do not allow accounts to be billed.
• Reviews daily reports.
