About The Position

The Coordinator supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

This is a seasonal, part-time position at the Tyler Center in Tyler, Texas. The role requires flexible shift availability up to five days per week and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
