The KDM Coordinator plays a critical role in the final stage of the post-production process, ensuring theatres receive accurate and fully functional Key Delivery Messages (KDMs). Acting as a central point of contact for theatres, this role combines technical execution, quality control, and customer support to ensure seamless film playback. The position requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-changing workflow. As issues arise, the KDM Coordinator is often the first line of support, responsible for troubleshooting problems or directing them to the appropriate teams. This role demands a calm, solutions-oriented mindset when working with clients and a high level of accountability in a “no margin for error” environment. Please note: 7pm-4am Mon-Thurs. Sunday 3pm to Midnight. Hours may change.
