The Coordinator role involves managing a caseload of individuals referred for START Services, providing systemic consultation, conducting outreach visits (in-person and telehealth), assisting with referrals for consultation and treatment, coordinating support meetings and crisis plan development, and developing comprehensive service evaluations and crisis prevention/intervention plans. The role also includes participating in consultations and meetings with START leadership and clinical teams, providing on-call support, maintaining documentation and data entry, conducting outreach with community partners, developing materials for presentations, and participating in the Center for START Services National Network. Compliance with all training requirements, regulatory agency requirements (HIPAA, NCSS, OPWDD, DDS), and YAI policies is essential. The position requires the ability to work with complex systems, exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, independence, organization, strong communication and writing skills, and a highly flexible personality with a willingness to take initiative.
