The Youth Care Team (YCT), within the Philadelphia Department of Public Health’s Division of Reproductive, Adolescent, and Child Health (ReACH), utilizes a multidisciplinary, youth-centered approach to support adolescents in achieving their sexual, reproductive, and mental wellness goals. YCT provides education, resource navigation, and referral support through partnerships across schools, community-based organizations, and non-clinical settings. The Education & Partnerships Coordinator plays a key role in advancing YCT’s strategy to expand access to adolescent health education and resources across Philadelphia. This position is responsible for leading partnership development efforts and coordinating the delivery of high-quality, skills-based health education in youth-centered settings, including schools and Free Library of Philadelphia branch locations. This role requires a high level of initiative, adaptability, and strategic thinking to identify gaps in access, respond to emerging adolescent health needs, and ensure programming remains relevant and impactful. The coordinator will contribute to strengthening YCT’s presence across systems and support the evolution of programming to meet the changing needs of youth.
