Requirements

High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related experience accepted
Valid CT driver's license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, or related field preferred
Experience working with youth, individuals with disabilities, or employment services preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate vocational and work-based learning programs
Supervise and support Job Coaches
Partner with schools, employers, families, and community agencies
Assist participants with job readiness, career exploration, and employment success
Manage program documentation, reporting, and payroll processes
