Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, or related field preferred
- High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related experience accepted
- Experience working with youth, individuals with disabilities, or employment services preferred
- Valid CT driver's license and reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vocational and work-based learning programs
- Supervise and support Job Coaches
- Partner with schools, employers, families, and community agencies
- Assist participants with job readiness, career exploration, and employment success
- Manage program documentation, reporting, and payroll processes
