About The Position

The Training Coordinator will provide training evolutions and standardized progression testing for all craft throughout the existing Tallgrass footprint. They will be responsible for meeting with new hire employees, providing the introduction of OQ expectations as per policy and procedure, initial logins, EWN system familiarity, training opportunities, and timelines. They will also provide Performance Evaluations as requested, assisting area Subject Matter Experts and Performance Evaluators. These tasks can be performed for initial qualification, periodic training, and requalification efforts to establish and maintain qualified staff in the field. Training Coordinators will have direct work experience in developing and implementing technical training courses and curricula to ensure field personnel is trained and qualified to perform DOT PHMSA-covered tasks. They will be responsible for the preparation and support of PHMSA inspections.

Requirements
