About The Position

The Ticket Strategy & Premium Activation Coordinator supports the execution of the hospitality and VIP Experience strategy across UFC Fight Nights, UFC APEX, BJJ, Zuffa Boxing, and other select events. This role assists in the day-to-day management of the VIP Experience program, supports ticketing operations, and ensures seamless coordination between internal departments, third-party providers, and event operations teams. The Coordinator plays a key role in executing premium activations, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering best-in-class service to VIP guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Hospitality or other related area
  • 3+ years’ experience in entertainment industry, hospitality industry, sports marketing, special events, professional team, or arena
  • Minimum of two years of experience in premium services ticketing
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Understanding of VIP hospitality and premium services ticketing
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products & the ability to learn other basic computer programs
  • Ability to travel to all North America events at which VIP Experience is offered

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the hospitality and VIP Experience strategy across all applicable event properties.
  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination of the VIP Experience program, including package builds, inventory tracking, timelines, and event preparation.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact with the VIP Experience third-party provider, ensuring timely communication regarding event details, announcements, fighters, and operational updates.
  • Coordinate VIP Experience marketing deliverables, including: Website updates, Creative asset routing, , Promotional materials, and Tracking of package links across UFC and venue websites
  • Assist in coordinating in-venue promotional elements, including: Production reads, QR code placements, and Video assets promoting VIP packages
  • Support pricing coordination, inventory management, and revenue tracking for VIP packages.
  • Assist with on-site execution of VIP hospitality programs, including credential distribution, guest check-in, experience coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Provide premium customer service support to VIP Experience guests, handling inquiries, event communications, and benefit fulfillment.
  • Support the activation and administration of the UFC Fight Club program, including renewals, reporting, member communication, and fulfillment of benefits.
  • Assist with servicing priority purchase groups, including: Event notifications, Purchase access coordination, and Account support
  • Coordinate cross-functional requests from Sponsorship, Creative, Partnerships, Public Relations, and other internal teams to support premium activation efforts.
  • Support grassroots initiatives and promotional efforts within live event markets.
  • Assist with ticketing operations for BJJ events and provide support for UFC, Power Slap, Zuffa Boxing, and special events as needed.
  • Compile post-event reports, track performance metrics, and assist in revenue and guest experience analysis.
  • Manage administrative tasks, trackers, and documentation to ensure consistency and operational accuracy across events.
  • Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Sr Manager.
