Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and technicians
Previous experience in a fast-paced office setting or automotive environment is often preferred
Knowledge of computers, MS Office/Excel , and wash management software.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate the daily workload, prioritizing tanks for cleaning to ensure efficient turnaround times.
Act as the primary contact for customers, providing updates on tank status and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records, manage wash tickets, and generate reports on cleaning activities and metrics.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including OSHA and environmental guidelines, during the cleaning process.
Daily digital yard check, verifying trailers in RMS and supporting the terminal for scheduling.
