About The Position

The Coordinator will promote a customer-centric culture, manage departmental schedules and administrative tasks, ensure compliance with regulations, and support various HR and operational functions. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative duties within a dynamic casino environment.

Requirements

  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to maintain departmental schedules and administrative calendars
  • Proficiency in preparing and organizing operational reports and employee records
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
  • Experience with payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
  • Skills in vendor order placement, delivery tracking, inventory management, and invoice processing
  • Ability to scan, upload, and maintain documentation
  • Experience supporting onboarding and training coordination
  • Capability to assist with meeting preparation and reporting
  • Skills in investigating and resolving team member concerns
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and computer systems
  • Visual acuity to review reports, documentation, and operational systems

  • Maintain clear and professional communication across all levels of casino operations
  • Coordinate departmental schedules, staffing updates, and administrative calendars
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize operational reports, employee records, and confidential documents
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
  • Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping approvals, and attendance tracking
  • Place vendor orders, track deliveries, maintain inventory logs, and process invoices
  • Scan, upload, and maintain employee and operational documentation
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and administrative orientation processes for new hires
  • Assist management with meeting preparation, reporting, and special projects
  • Investigate and help resolve team member concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete other duties as assigned
