About The Position

Specialist in logistics and warehouse management with experience in replenishment coordination and material handling. Proficient in the use of SAP and Excel for inventory management. Skilled in the optimization of material delivery processes to production areas and in the efficient management of resources and equipment. Committed to compliance with safety and quality regulations, ensuring smooth and safe operations.

Requirements

  • Fourth year of High School completed in an accredited institution; or associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the Spanish language.
  • Manual dexterity and the aptitude to follow instructions consistently.
  • Ability to work in a team and foster a collaborative environment among teams.
  • Knowledge in ERP (SAP), Warehouse Management (WM) module; Microsoft TEAMS is also preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of previous experience in a leadership position in high-volume manufacturing, electrical, or electronic industry.
  • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Forklift license.
  • Lift, transport, and place merchandise or supplies up to 35 pounds without assistance.
  • Interpersonal skills, communication skills, good judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with material handlers the tasks between warehouse orders, equipment, and materials required to complete supermarket replenishment processes.
  • Support material handling tasks and use supermarket replenishment procedures as required.
  • Coordinate the transport of product dispatched by the Warehouse to ensure it reaches the production areas requesting it for supermarket replenishment correctly.
  • Coordinate supermarket replenishment dispatch priorities with the Warehouse.
  • Report any material shortages affecting supermarket replenishment planning after systematically analyzing transactions in SAP.
  • Perform warehouse activities in authorized systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, etc.) such as inventory entry and exit, warehouse movements, cycle counting, and others, as needed by the business and at the discretion of the Supervisor and/or Manager.
  • Inform the Supervisor and/or Manager if any equipment required for supermarket replenishment tasks is missing or damaged so it can be replaced.
  • Ensure compliance with and execution of established Policies, Procedures, and Rules for Occupational Safety, Quality, Environment, Physical Plant Security, Finance, Human Resources, and others.
