Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of previous customer success or customer service required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with incredible attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task while overseeing daily project management.
  • Energetic and team oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • International study/work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support account management and sales activities for the Summer Work and Travel program.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues related to systems, hiring events, and participant incidents.
  • Deliver training to clients on processes, program rules, and in-country activities.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective employers to support sales efforts and increase job placements within assigned regions.
  • Assist host employers in managing participant-related issues, including conflict mediation and guidance on best practices.
  • Recruit, interview, and place participants on behalf of employer partners.
  • Contribute to assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with team objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support program success and operational goals.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business needs and program activities, as needed.
