We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Coordinator who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness, and empowerment; to our clients, families, and each other. Reporting to the Manager, Special Care Unit- Hamilton, the Coordinator will oversee day-to-day administrative services of the Special Care Program. Wesley’s Special Care Unit offers services to individuals experiencing Homelessness in Hamilton, supporting individuals in a transitional program on-site. This position will work from a hybrid model- reporting to the Hamilton location. This is a non-unionized, full-time permanent position; it requires 40 hours per week; the annual salary is $55,235.
