About The Position

Prime Health Ltd is seeking a Coordinator - Project & Costing (Sales) to support sales projects and product costing. This central role involves collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, operations, and supply chain to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables are met. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and adept at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, accounting, marketing, project management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, product costing or account coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nutraceuticals, food/beverage, or health & wellness industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency with CRM, project management tools, SAP knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track sales-related projects, including new client onboarding, existing clients order tracking, and coordinating with operational and other support teams to ensure timely dispatches and product launches.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, operations, logistics, regulatory, and customer service to ensure seamless execution and support business development/sales teams.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and documentation, and report weekly on updates to clients.
  • Support the preparation of sales decks, proposal materials, client-facing documents, and product information.
  • Assist in managing client requirements, including documentation, product setup forms, pricing updates, and compliance needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order status, and product availability to support the sales team and customer communications.
  • Gather and analyze data related to sales performance, promotions, and market trends to support decision-making.
  • Collect specifications and pricing information of raw and packaging materials, labor cost, and calculate product costing for new and existing products and clients.
  • Help identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Adhere strictly to all GMP procedures to ensure safe and compliant production.
  • Work according to the Quality Management System (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies and practices to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Support in other tasks as assigned based on the requirements of the team.
