Candidates may be based anywhere within the United States. Provides moves management, fiscal and administrative support for a region philanthropy team with accountability for $10M+ annual revenue. Serves as a key member of the team, critical to achieving revenue success through excellent internal and external relationship management and revenue support functions. Assists with activities that cultivate and foster relationships with a diverse population of high net worth donors and leadership volunteers. Proactively manages and executes critical tasks, driving achievement of the region philanthropy revenue plan and growth strategies. This is a fully remote position. Candidates may be based anywhere within the United States.

Requirements

Associate degree preferred or a combination of education and work experience.
Two plus years of revenue support or operations support experience, implementing and managing multiple projects and priorities for a fundraising team
Ability to proactively identify needs & issues and implement solutions to address them.
Skilled in building strong internal partnerships and working collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent communication and integration to achieve shared objectives.
Excels in building strong external relationships with individuals, philanthropists, corporations, foundations, executive leadership and volunteers with a focus on providing excellent customer service and customer-centric solutions
Understands and can effectively navigate complex company dynamics and processes, involving the right stakeholders to remove barriers and get things done
Self-accountable to meet commitments while gaining trust and confidence through honesty and integrity.
Self-directed, works independently with little direction, taking initiative to identify and complete work
Develops expertise in systems quickly, utilizing our tools to effectively and efficiently complete tasks and support the team – Salesforce, PowerBI, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, wealth screening software and research tools.
Develops and delivers multi-mode communications tailored to unique needs of different business activities and audiences.

Responsibilities

Serves as primary liaison in providing support of cultivation, stewardship and fiscal activities to ensure efficient execution of Leadership Annual Giving support activities by providing seamless engagement and interaction with donors.
Oversees donor services, including database management, gift entry and reconciliation, acknowledgements, stewardship processes, materials development, project management and reporting.
Assists with cultivation events and donor meeting planning, preparation, and execution.
Builds strong partnerships with the region philanthropy team members to facilitate a strong team culture and ensure consistent communication, collaboration and integration.
Supports day-to-day relationship and project management efforts; Identifies needs and issues that may arise from donations and pledges, implementing solutions and ensuring successful gift related administration.
Manages financial tasks including processing donations, managing payment processes, and tracking expenses in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
Communicates with internal and external customers by demonstrating the highest level of professionalism.
Subject matter expert in the use of internal platforms and data systems to achieve business objectives –materials development, financial, event & constituent management, reporting, legal, procurement, contract management, communications, promotion/brand, auction management.
Attends Philanthropy department meetings and assists with cultivation events and donor meeting preparation.
Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
