About The Position

As the Original Content Coordinator, you will support the Original Content team with all activities related to the production, development, and external positioning of all original content for the Tubi platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Content Officer, this role will have touch points to the unscripted, scripted, casting, and production management teams. Additionally, this role will play a key part in supporting Tubi’s emerging talent relations strategy, ensuring our creative partners experience high-touch, premium engagement from development through to premiere. This position will be a Monday-Thursday in person role located in our Los Angeles office with Friday work remote allowed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in production, development or desk experience at a major studio, network, streaming platform, production company, talent agency, or management company.
  • Strong Excel, Powerpoint, Airtable and Google Workspace familiarity and general AI proficiency.
  • Flexibility and willingness to pivot to new priorities in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Genuine curiosity, significant attention to detail, and strong desire to contribute to the success of the team through data-driven analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of popular culture and a passionate fan and consumer of original scripted and unscripted content.
  • Strong pulse of the creator space, with fluency across both digital-first creators and traditional talent.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks (i.e. expense report documentation and submission, booking travel, scheduling, rolling calls, prepping conference rooms, restocking supplies, etc.).
  • Support the Original Content team with all stages of development, pre-production, production, post-production and exhibition.
  • Coordinate and execute high-touch talent relations initiatives, including the planning, logistics, and some on-site support of talent dinners, screenings, and receptions.
  • Support and execute Tubi’s strategic talent gifting program, maintaining tiered priority lists, coordinating delivery logistics, and tracking impact to foster strong, lasting relationships with the creative community.
  • Communicate details of closed deals to internal departments.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple teams at Tubi and collaborating effectively to move projects forward.
  • Update records and maintain a vast database of projects throughout all stages of production from inception to premiere.
  • Complete ad hoc projects with a flexible, value add and creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Maintain calendar, scheduling and logistical support.
