About The Position

Excel Sports Management seeks an Coordinator, Office Services to aid our growing organization as the first point of contact at our NY Office with all processes related to office operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, driven, self-starter that is detail-oriented and exudes positive energy and elevated customer service. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Must be a problem solver who is quick on their toes and able to navigate dynamic situations.

Responsibilities

  • Will be the main point of contact in the NY Office managing the reception desk, responsible for greeting all visitors and acting as a point of contact for all general office requests
  • Own the day-to-day maintenance of common areas ensuring they are organized and neat fashion, including conference rooms, kitchen, municipal and storage areas.
  • Support colleagues in planning in-office meetings, conference room set-up, refreshment orders and resources.
  • Positively influence company culture and employee morale by organizing engagement activities including happy hours, company parties, internal events and meetings. This may often be in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including but not limited to Fan Mail, USPS and FedEx packages.
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of office supplies including stationery, printing materials, IT accessories, health & safety supplies, etc.
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of pantry supplies including paper products and cleaning supplies.
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of group meals and catering orders.
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of pantry snacks and beverages.
  • Will work closely with HR, to ensure that all new hires are provided the proper building and security access.
  • Manage office health and safety procedures, including fire drills, emergency equipment upkeep, and compliance with local safety standards.
  • Create and maintain office guides, processes, and procedures.
  • Will track and report office related expenses.
  • Will provide administrative support to senior leadership as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
