The Coordinator of Student Organizations, in partnership with another Coordinator, is responsible for overseeing event consultation and management for over 450 student organizations. The department provides students and student organizations with opportunities to connect to the university and to other students, promoting a sense of community and loyalty to the University while serving to enhance the social and developmental growth of students as individuals or as members of organizations. This is achieved by coordinating annual campus-wide events that promote spirit and tradition on campus, supporting the North Texas Spirit program, and providing services and resources to student organizations.
