The Coordinator of Enrollment Information Services and Operations is responsible for supporting the operational and technology infrastructure of the Office of Enrollment Management. This position serves as a primary resource for maintaining data integrity, supporting enrollment systems, coordinating communications processes, and ensuring seamless information flow across multiple campus platforms. The coordinator works collaboratively with Admissions, Financial Aid, Athletics, Student Accounts, Registrar, Information Technology, and other campus partners to maintain accurate student records and support enrollment initiatives. This position plays a critical role in the management and coordination of Ellucian Recruit CRM, Colleague, Financial Aid systems, Teamworks (Athletics), and other enrollment-related technologies.
