About The Position

The Coordinator of Enrollment Information Services and Operations is responsible for supporting the operational and technology infrastructure of the Office of Enrollment Management. This position serves as a primary resource for maintaining data integrity, supporting enrollment systems, coordinating communications processes, and ensuring seamless information flow across multiple campus platforms. The coordinator works collaboratively with Admissions, Financial Aid, Athletics, Student Accounts, Registrar, Information Technology, and other campus partners to maintain accurate student records and support enrollment initiatives. This position plays a critical role in the management and coordination of Ellucian Recruit CRM, Colleague, Financial Aid systems, Teamworks (Athletics), and other enrollment-related technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Two to five years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, financial aid, student services, higher education operations, or related field.
Experience working with CRM and student information systems.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn multiple software platforms.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary administrator and support resource for Ellucian Recruit CRM.
Maintain accurate and timely data within Recruit, Colleague, Financial Aid systems, Teamworks, and other enrollment-related platforms.
Monitor system integrations and data transfers between systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate troubleshooting efforts and work with vendors and Information Technology staff to resolve system issues.
Assist in the implementation, testing, and enhancement of enrollment-related technologies and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures, workflows, and operational processes.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of student and prospect data across all enrollment systems.
Perform routine audits to identify and correct discrepancies between Recruit, Colleague, Financial Aid, and Teamworks systems.
Import, export, and manage inquiry, applicant, and student data files.
Generate reports, dashboards, and enrollment data analyses for Enrollment Management leadership and campus stakeholders.
Support enrollment forecasting, funnel reporting, and recruitment analytics.
Coordinate the delivery of email, text message, and digital communications to prospective students and families.
Create and manage communication campaigns, audience segmentation, and communication workflows within Recruit CRM.
Support event registration processes and communication efforts for campus visits, open houses, admitted student programs, and enrollment events.
Provide data and communication lists to approved vendors and campus partners as needed.
Support application processing workflows and admissions operations functions.
Assist with onboarding and training of admissions and enrollment staff on systems and operational procedures.
Collaborate with Financial Aid, Athletics, and Information Technology staff to improve operational efficiency and student service.
Maintain enrollment management web forms, portals, and related technology resources.
Assist with enrollment initiatives designed to improve recruitment, conversion, and retention outcomes.
Provide exceptional service to prospective students, families, counselors, coaches, faculty, and staff.
Serve as a resource for enrollment-related systems questions and operational support.
Foster positive working relationships across campus departments and external partners.
Participate in enrollment planning meetings and support institutional enrollment goals.
Support special projects related to enrollment growth, operational efficiency, and student success.
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in enrollment management.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Enrollment Management.
