About The Position
The Coordinator Non-Technical Documentation II is responsible for processing, storing, managing and tracking company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity throughout their lifecycle. This position reports to the Global Product Labeling Supervisor and is part of the Global Product Labeling Team located in Chaska, Minnesota and will be an on-site role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years’ experience with manufacturing processing systems, database driven systems, or similar ERP systems
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Adobe Acrobat
- Product Lifecycle Management tools (Windchill or other) / Oracle eBS / Quality systems
Responsibilities
- Drive efficient change order processes by collaborating to gather necessary information, evaluating requests for completeness and accuracy, and proactively interfacing with stakeholders to swiftly resolve any outstanding issues.
- Enhance operational efficiency by vigilantly monitoring and expertly prioritizing SharePoint site requests, ensuring all tasks are executed promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and report on productivity metrics.
- Contribute to robust data governance through diligent management of physical records, encompassing the accurate scanning and conversion of critical documents into specified digital formats.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries efficiently, and ensure adherence to all established deadlines.
