This role has dual reporting lines to the Director of Mental Health & Wellness and the Director of Applied Performance Science, with distinct responsibilities in each department. The position is crucial for the daily operations of both departments, involving administrative support, customer service, workflow assistance, and maintaining electronic health records and data. Core pillars for this position include student athlete wellness, organizational skills, and confidentiality. In Applied Performance Science, the role provides cross-functional communication and collaboration, assists with performance analyses and reports, and ensures safety protocols during testing. The incumbent must maintain knowledge of patient confidentiality regulations, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and possess strong administrative, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. The role requires organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, multitask effectively, engage with diverse individuals, and work a non-standard schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
