About The Position

The Coordinator, Marketing supports the development and execution of integrated marketing activities that build awareness, enable launch readiness, and support commercial goals across Compass Pathways. This role supports the marketing team and partners closely with Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal, and external agencies to help deliver high-quality materials, campaigns, and events in a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, coordination, project management, or commercial operations, ideally within biotech, pharma, or another regulated environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with experience supporting agencies, vendors, events, or content approval workflows
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other project management, CRM, or digital asset tools, with a strong interest in supporting launch readiness and marketing execution
  • Mission-aligned and motivated by Compass Pathways’ values and commitment to improving mental health

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across brand, digital, congress, and field support channels
  • Coordinate timelines, workflows, and approvals for materials in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Help manage day-to-day marketing operations, including meeting coordination, briefing documents, project trackers, and budget administration
  • Assist with the development, review, and distribution of marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal review processes
  • Support event planning and execution for internal meetings, and field programs, including logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-up
  • Track campaign performance, summarize key metrics, and help prepare reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and version control to support efficient execution and team alignment
  • Support launch readiness activities and contribute to process improvements that strengthen organization and execution quality
