About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for creating and managing all media production for consumer and wholesale education. In addition, this role serves as a liaison with education partners on content ideas, development and engagement strategies, and post-show promotion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in a Marketing capacity preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills; excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Highly effective team player, and cross-functional collaborator; flexible, adaptive and desire to champion change

Responsibilities

  • Gather competitive intel and research to develop education content and segment topics to support wellness trends and marketing efforts across media types.
  • Update and distribute the education production schedule and oversee the studio calendar.
  • Coordinate education studio needs, including product procurement and assets for demonstrations.
  • Identify and vet prospective internal and external guests for media shows; this includes following up on incoming and outgoing invite requests, maintaining the guest tracker, scheduling and on boarding, securing release forms and distributing thank-you gifts.
  • Serve as point person for wellness win of the week segment; this includes confirming production requirements for received submissions, securing release forms, maintaining the department inbox, creating and maintaining an entry tracking system, etc.
  • Liaise with the social media team to develop a consistent posting strategy on all social channels (ex. X. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Facilitate video uploads and organize playlists, banners, and posting strategy for the product and wellness YouTube channels.
  • Collaborate with the category manager on educational co-op opportunities to promote branded ingredients with scientific researchers and secure monies for post-show promotional endeavors.
  • Select weekly social clips from media shows to report on TikTok, Meta and YouTube.
  • Partner with the Education Specialist to integrate education content within interdepartmental programs and campaigns, including Wholesale.
  • Manage projects related to education shows such as Real Wellness, Live Foreverish, Shorts, Migration, etc.
  • 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position
