About The Position

Responsible for the execution of CVO site maintenance utilizing resident and 3rd party contractors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in maintenance execution in the petrochemical industry.
  • Experience in supervising maintenance crafts or coordination of maintenance contractors.
  • Must be proficient in computer applications such as SAP and Microsoft’s Office Suite products.

Nice To Haves

  • Greater than 8 years’ experience in maintenance execution in the petrochemical industry.
  • Experience managing program maintenance execution

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily schedule review and review next day schedule at end of each day to know what work will be executed going forward.
  • Ensure daily feedback to schedule is accurate and timely.
  • Supports the development of the maintenance schedule and coordinates 3rd party services and resident contractors to ensure manpower requirements are met when work commences.
  • Review job packages in advance of work being scheduled utilizing the RBS process.
  • Assures the permit process is efficient and effective for all contractor work.
  • Visit work locations throughout the day to ensure schedule compliance, efficiency, no delays, work is progressing and no other work is being performed other than what is on schedule.
  • Interface with different work groups (OPS, Crafts, Inspection, Engineering, Safety) to keep work progressing and build a positive relationship.
  • Assures the Maintenance team is knowledgeable in the policies and procedures to comply with all HSE&S requirements and uses stop work authority when needed.
  • Verify contractors follow CVO safety rules and procedures utilizing contractor host tools and work closely with Contractor Safety Department for continued oversight.
  • Perform field audits of contractor performance, correcting deficiencies in GoalZero and work practices. Input GAPS and ISNetworld evaluations for contractor performance.
  • Approve service entry sheets, Track times, and security access forms.
  • Monitor job budgets to ensure work remains within budget constraints.
  • Drive resolution to contractor time, material, and damage disputes.
  • Assures rental items are returned in timely manner.
  • Manages work priorities to best fit business needs.
  • Manages work order and purchase order activities in SAP
  • Review and learn the MOWP processes and procedures.
  • Participate and/or lead in incident investigations.
