About The Position

The Coordinator Logistics (Data Steward) supports safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations at Nestlé’s dry pet food factory in Oklahoma City. The role manages warehouse systems and inventory records, assists employees and team leaders, and contributes to improved inventory accuracy, space utilization, and productivity. The position supports receiving, shipping, dock operations, and warehouse office activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of logistics experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, dispatching, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and shipping operations at finished goods warehouses.
• Coordinate dock operations, including dock door assignments and trailer spotting.
• Assign loading and unloading work to forklift operators, and communicate order-specific customer packaging, loading platform, or inventory requirements.
• Review completed pick lists for accuracy and completeness; enter order adjustments and trailer/seal information; and print shipping paperwork such as bills of lading.
• Provide systems technical assistance to forklift operators and data stewards by resolving WMS exceptions, RF problems, inventory and location variances, and other issues arising during normal warehouse operations.
• Assist the Manager and Team Leaders with documenting procedures, training new hires, and evaluating team personnel performance.
• Perform warehouse office clerical functions and other duties as assigned.
