About The Position

Keywords Studios is hiring a Data Steward for its pharmaceutical client. The role provides comprehensive support to the global PR&D Local Data Analyst (LDA) team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of SAP master data and FING specification tasks for materials produced or used in PR&D, in alignment with business partner requirements. The position processes assigned SAP master data tasks, maintains and verifies master data, supports material specification packages and mass updates, and participates in change and deviation management activities. Deliverables are task-based; no performance metrics are required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience as a replacement.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Familiarity with specification management tools such as Quality Docs and Trackwise.
Understanding of master data governance.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work in a regulated environment, such as pharma or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Process assigned SAP master data tasks as directed by Lilly.
Prioritize and manage workload to meet established deadlines.
Proactively communicate issues that may affect task completion timelines to the LDA team.
Create, modify, maintain, and inactivate PR&D SAP master data using established systems, tools, and procedures.
Perform second-person verification of SAP master data entries for new requests and updates to existing data.
Assist with creating and maintaining material specification packages, such as FING and brightstock, in Quality Docs under LDA management.
Support mass updates to SAP master data using tools such as DSP when required.
Participate in change and deviation management activities related to master data and specifications, including Trackwise steps, investigations, and triage.
