About The Position

The Coordinator, Learning and Development provides administrative, operational, and coordination for NRMCA's learning, certification, credentialing, and workforce development programs. The position helps ensure that courses, certification processes, learner records, program materials, and participant communications are accurate, organized, timely, and delivered consistently with established standards. Working under the direction of the Vice President of Learning and Development and within the established strategy, standards, and priorities, this role supports structured and repeatable course delivery. The Coordinator does not set learning strategy, curriculum standards, or portfolio direction; rather, the position supports the Director and Vice President by keeping program operations, records, materials, and processes reliable and responsive. This role serves as an operational backbone for the learning and certification functions by coordinating course setup, maintaining certification records, supporting learning systems, routing inquiries, assisting faculty and participants, and helping close the loop after each program. Through accurate execution and strong service, the Coordinator strengthens the participant's experience, protects certification credibility, and supports NRMCA's ability to deliver greater member value through learning and workforce development.
