About The Position

SickKids Foundation, Canada's largest charitable funder of child health research, learning and care, is seeking a Coordinator, Leadership & Legacy Giving. This role provides administrative, operational, and data support to the Leadership & Legacy Giving portfolio, assisting with donor, prospect, and revenue-related activities. The Coordinator will help manage workflows, maintain accurate records, support gift administration, handle inquiries, prepare reports, and contribute to the team's overall success. This position works closely with relationship managers and other Foundation colleagues to ensure organized, accurate, and timely execution of team priorities and donor information management.

Requirements

  • A university degree or community college diploma in a related field.
  • 1-3 year’s experience coordinating and implementing multi-faceted projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects within tight timelines.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel) and ability to learn and use new software programs.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a CRM database system.
  • Team player mindset; ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with other teams.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Able to exercise discretion and tact with sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain donor, prospect and revenue-related activities, including lead management, future legacy gifts, pledges, stewardship tracking and other key Leadership & Legacy Giving workflows.
  • Support gift, pledge and revenue administration through coding, tracking and documentation within the Foundation’s CRM.
  • Ensure regular database maintenance and donor record management.
  • Manage shared inboxes, inquiries and lead follow-up, serving as a professional first point of contact for donors, advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, lists, materials and data analysis to support donor engagement, stewardship, campaign performance, team planning and decision-making.
  • Support team operations through agenda preparation, file and SharePoint management, budget and expense tracking, invoice processing and other administrative workflows.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for donor meetings, events, mailings, program activities and special projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements, support colleagues across the Foundation and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
