About The Position

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator 4 located at Redstone Test Center in Huntsville, AL. This role involves serving and supporting MSTD contractors on the RTC Engineering and Test Services Contract for the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC), acting as a senior leader. The position requires managing and leading a team of 12 professionals, including Division Test Coordinators, Program Integrators, and Test Coordinators, to support all phases of test management. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the execution and utilization of RTC business systems (ADSS, CET, PMM, and CIMS) to ensure resources are allocated and updated correctly, and providing ad-hoc support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited college/university
• 9 years of experience in program finance or project management
• Experience developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements
• Experience providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones
• Experience providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs
• Experience validating costs
• Experience establishing and updating forms in multiple software packages to ensure customer has complete and accurate project information at all times
• Experience coordinating administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of project management to track the cost and schedule of tests
• Experience ensuring labor, flights, material, and travel charges are correct
• Experience communicating funding status to customers
• Experience monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure cost objectives are not exceeded
• Experience reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources
• Secret clearance
