About The Position

The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing is an integral member of the Detroit Promise marketing and Communications team and supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase stakeholder engagement, and advance organizational priorities. This position coordinates multi-channel marketing campaigns, supports partnership marketing and community engagement initiatives, manages digital marketing platforms, and develops marketing resources that promote Detroit Promise programs and services. Working collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, agencies, community partners, and external stakeholders, the coordinator supports the successful execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating project timelines, creative production, digital marketing platforms, promotional resources, and campaign deliverables. This position utilizes marketing performance data and audience insights to support continuous improvement, enhance the digital experience, and strengthen the effectiveness of integrated marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited four-year college or university in marketing, business, communications, advertising, public relations, or related field
  • Two to three years of professional experience in integrated marketing, marketing coordination, advertising, digital marketing or related field
  • Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, community partners and external stakeholders
