The Coordinator, Intake and Referral serves as the primary point of contact for individuals entering the Come to Work program. This role is responsible for managing participant referrals, triaging participants to the appropriate stream, conducting intake and orientation processes, assessing participant needs and suitability, and connecting individuals to appropriate program streams and supports. The coordinator ensures a positive onboarding experience while facilitating access to internal and external resources that support participants in achieving their employment goals. This position also manages program inquiries and provides information and guidance to prospective participants and stakeholders.
