About The Position

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) contract in support of the Redstone Test Center mission to provide superior technical expertise conducting tests, analyzing the results, and reporting the results on systems, subsystems, and components related to aviation, missile, and sensor platforms.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must be motivated, dependable, and be able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must have a commitment to customer satisfaction including attention to detail – as well as supportive of process improvements.
• Must be a proficient user of MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, One Note, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer experience/skills coordinating projects; reviewing technical documents; compiling statistics and data for projects; developing integrated schedules, writing narratives.
• Professional user of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including ADSS-PMM, CET, VDLS, SharePoint, PRO3, and the Project Management Dashboard.
• Tracks and coordinates test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness.
• Duties include tracking and reporting of: program cost(s), schedule and performance - to include use of various project tracking and reporting programs as listed above.
• Work within and outside of the organization to obligate, track, report and insure proper expenditure of project funding.
• Support the development and processing of estimates and proposals.
