About The Position
Dover Food Retail (DFR) is a leading manufacturer of Display Cases, Specialty Products, Refrigeration Systems, Power Systems and Comprehensive Services. DFR is looking for a Coordinator to play a key role within our Paint department. This position works closely with internal departments to ensure painted parts are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with 3+ years relevant work experience.
- Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer to ensure a premium experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Hillphoenix products and parts.
- Experience with AS400 is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or other Ticketing System.
Responsibilities
- Ensures parts are staged according to production schedule.
- Communicates priorities to the loader and unloaders and hook repairs to the line lead.
- Confirms that shortages, service parts, and ends are being hung with appropriate colors.
- Makes sure that parts are being inspecting parts and that issues are being communicated to line lead.
- Trains new operators and fills in for operators when needed.
- Certifies all parts are scanned up and down.
- Other duties as assigned.
