About The Position

The University of St. Thomas is seeking a part-time Coordinator I for the Risk Management & Insurance (RM&I) department. This position has a full-time equivalency (FTE) of .25, meaning approximately 10 hours per week. Requirements

High School diploma or the equivalent
Two years of administrative support experience (office management, working with students)

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the RM&I program, including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and creating correspondence.
Manage and maintain record-keeping systems for the program.
Respond to program inquiries and order office supplies and equipment.
Make travel arrangements for the director and students attending RM&I events.
Support the Advisory Board by coordinating meetings (scheduling, space, catering, Zoom, agenda items, minutes), updating board charters and contact directories, and coordinating board appointments.
Provide budget support, including monitoring and approving requisitions, supervising the RM&I budget, and reconciling the director’s Wells One account.
Assist with website and communication efforts, including maintaining program website information and creating program materials.
Support events by handling reservations, catering orders, communication, publicity, and speaker arrangements/honoraria.
