About The Position

This role is responsible for kitting medical device production orders in a clean room environment. The Coordinator I, Inventory will accurately count and document components to a work order, perform material movements both physically and systematically in SAP ERP, and conduct Goods Receipts in SAP ERP. The position requires demonstrating teamwork, maintaining a safe work environment, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Adherence to company processes and work instructions is essential, along with maintaining positive and cooperative interactions with all employees, contractors, and vendors. The role also includes performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in a clean room environment, especially for medical device manufacturing.
  • Hands-on SAP experience for material transfers and kitting orders.
  • Experience assigning materials to production orders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and comprehend process documents and strictly follow regulated procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime as required for business needs.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse using pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery.
  • Ability to handle chemicals with proper training and provided PPE.
  • Ability to wear required PPE including gown, hairnet, beard net, shoe covers, gloves, and safety glasses.
  • Requirement to wear safety shoes for warehouse tasks.

  • Windchill experience.
  • Experience with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
